The Next flag football training day will be Tuesday July 19th, 2011 at 7pm
This is a skills and training day for all experience levels. This is in preparation for the upcoming fall league, it’s a great opportunity to learn the game, or get back in shape and meet new friends.
By request we will be hosting this event every other Tuesday, so mark your calendars.
As always, cleats are recommend, water bottle and active clothes are a must.

This Wednesday we will be hosting an open Skills and Training Day for all athletes. You are welcome to attend this FREE event.
This training day is designed to work on fundamentals for all levels of skill. This is a great opportunity for seasoned players, to get back in shape and new players to learn the game. This is the first event of the 2011 Fall Season. And we have some BIG things to announce this season.
This is open to all women over 18, no experience is required. Please bring water-bottle, athletic clothing, and cleats (if you have them).

We have postponed the full spring season. This Spring we will have scrimmage once a month until the fall. This is a free event for all women who want to play a scrimmage game of flag football. no experience necessary, all skill levels welcome!
