We encourage all women regardless of experience level, age or athleticism. There is a position for just about everyone.

This is a skills and training day for all experience levels. This is in preparation for the upcoming fall league, it’s a great opportunity to learn the game, or get back in shape and meet new friends.

By request we will be hosting this event every other Tuesday, so mark your calendars.
As always, cleats are recommend, water bottle and active clothes are a must.

This training day is designed to work on fundamentals for all levels of skill. This is a great opportunity for seasoned players, to get back in shape and new players to learn the game.  This is the first event of the 2011 Fall Season. And we have some BIG things to announce this season.

This is open to all women over 18, no experience is required. Please bring water-bottle, athletic clothing, and cleats (if you have them).

Bring sneakers or cleats, a water bottle, we will provide the rest. The Orlando Women’s Flag Football League is the only league in Orlando and Central Florida who offer an adult all women’s flag football league.

Woman’s flag football scrimmage. Cost is free.

We have postponed the full spring season. This Spring we will have scrimmage once a month until the fall. This is a free event for all women who want to play a scrimmage game of flag football. no experience necessary, all skill levels welcome! The Orlando Women’s Flag Football League is the only flag football league that is all womens.

Please note: We will play at BLUE JACKET PARK, in Winter Park. Not at last season’s fields!

All skills levels are welcome. Bring cleats or tennis shoes and a water bottle.

(The park has a large open field that we will play on, and will meet close to the fountains)

Due to temas having a small amount of players here are the amended rules for playoffs:

• Teams may add new, unregistered players for $10
• Teams that do not have 8 players may pick up players from another team of their choice. The picked up player must play as a linemen.

Players, please make sure that you have no pockets on your shorts! No taping is allowed. Captains, please tell your players. This rules was designed to help reduce the number of finger and hand injuries. Thank You! See you Sunday!
